ucsd Argentine Tango Club

Welcome! The Argentine Tango Club is a student-run organization, recognized by SOLO. Our aim is to create a friendly atmosphere to promote and encourage Argentine tango in the San Diego area and especially at UCSD. For this purpose, our organization has a synergistic involvement with the San Diego tango community, which includes the following activities: a weekly practica, collaboration with instructors at UCSD's RIMAC and local venues, and hosting events such as workshops and milongas.

Membership in the group is open to all of the tango community, however some amenities (such as venue discounts) are limited to UCSD students. Any questions/comments can be directed to tango@ucsd.edu; but before doing so, check the FAQ.

• UCSD Argentine Tango Club presents beginner and intermediate tango classes this Winter quarter starting Tuesday January 19, 2010. The classes are followed by our practica.
